(1) The Board shall as soon as practicable, but not later than six (6) months after the close of each financial year, transmit to the Minister an annual report consisting of:

(a) a copy of the annual accounts certified by the auditors;

(b) a report on the operations of the Agency during the previous financial year; and

(c) any research, survey or other professional studies and analysis of educational programmes and structures related to the activities of intermediaries in the real estate market that the Agency deems necessary.

(2) The Minister shall, and in any case by not later than six (6) weeks after the receipt of the annual report of the Agency, or where the House is during that period not in session, not later than the second week after the House reconvenes, ensure that the annual report is laid on the Table of the House and the House shall, if a request is made by at least one member of the House within thirty (30) days after it is so laid, discuss the annual report during a dedicated parliamentary sitting which shall be held within a period of sixty (60) days after the said laying.
