Cap. 638 ст. 32Conferment of degrees and diplomas.

(1) Qualifications shall be conferred at a public ceremony or, with the consent of the Board of Governors, privately or in absentia.

(2) A candidate shall be eligible for the conferment of a qualification only after certification by the Principal that all the conditions prescribed by statutes, regulations and bye-laws relevant to that qualification have been fulfilled, and insofar as all other obligations and responsibilities of the candidate towards the College have also been satisfied.

(3) No person may be considered as holding a qualification of the College unless such qualification has been conferred as prescribed in sub-article (1).
