Cap. 621 ст. 58Unauthorised disclosure of information.

Whosoever discloses information acquired through the performance of his duties under this Act, other than as provided in article 26, shall be guilty of an offence against this article and shall, on conviction, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding twelve thousand euro (€12,000) or to imprisonment not exceeding twelve (12) months or to both such fine and imprisonment.
