Any complaint by the students or employees of public providers of further or higher education on matters related to such providers, as well as complaints by persons who have been refused entry into any programme offered by such providers, shall be addressed to, and be addressed by, the Ombudsman in accordance with the provisions of the Ombudsman Act.
