Cap. 605 ст. 13Appointment of Directors General.

The Directors General of the departments of Education shall be appointed by the Prime Minister for a period of three (3) years under such terms and conditions as may be stated in the letter of appointment. The appointment of a Director General shall be made after a call for which there may apply such persons who have the qualifications, the educational experience and the qualities necessary for the management of these departments. When a term of office expires, such person may be reappointed for a further period or periods.
