The RIAS is to be signed by both the Gozo Regional Development Authority and the responsible Ministry.

0.8 On completion of the Regional Impact Assessment Study:

(a) a proposal is to make specific reference to the RIAS setting out:

(i) the conclusions of the RIAS;

(ii) the recommendations of the RIAS which are incorporated within the proposal under consideration;

(iii) the recommendations of the RIAS which are not included within the proposal under consideration and the reasons of why such recommendations are not accepted; and

(b) the RIAS is presented as an appendix of the final proposal documentation.
