Cap. 565 ст. 36Provision with respect to offences.

The provisions of this Act establishing offences and penalties in respect thereof shall not affect the operation of any other law establishing offences and penalties in respect of the same acts or omissions and shall not affect the application of any higher penalty under any other law.
