Cap. 55 ст. 19Keepers of acts, appointedbyCourt of Revision.

As regards all other notarial acts and registers which are owned by private parties, the Court of Revision shall on the application of lawful owners or of the Attorney General ex officio appoint as keepers thereof such notary as is named by such owners or by the Attorney General and who has declared his willingness to accept such appointment.
