A tied insurance intermediary carrying out tied insurance intermediaries activities shall comply with continuing professional training and development requirements in order to maintain an adequate level of performance corresponding to the role such intermediary performs, as may be determined by means of Insurance Distribution Rules and, or Conduct of Business Rules issued for the purposes of this article.
