Cap. 484 ст. 4Securitisation transactions.

(1) A securitisation transaction may take place through the use of more than one securitisation vehicle, whether established under the laws of Malta or otherwise, and the provisions of this Act shall be construed accordingly.

(2) Securitisation vehicles established under this Act may not carry on any trade or business, other than that relating or ancillary to the securitisation transaction.
