When a person is charged with a breach of any provisions of this Act and, or of the Market Abuse Regulation and upon receiving a request from the competent authority, the prosecution may where it deems it appropriate, request that the Court of Magistrates issue a freezing order and the provisions of article 36 of the Proceeds of

Crime Act shall apply.
