Cap. 465 ст. 7Exemptions.

(1) The Superintendent may by order and in the national interest exempt -

(a) any person;

(b) any matter or activity;

(c) any area, premises, body of water;

(d) and any vehicle from any provision of this Act.

(2) An order made in accordance with subarticle (1) shall be immediately enforceable, and shall without prejudice to its enforceability be published in the Gazette as soon as practicable after it is made. Any such order may be revoked, amended or substituted by subsequent order of the Superintendent: Provided that such order that is revoked, amended or substituted shall be published in the Gazette as soon as practical after it is made.
