Cap. 439 ст. 25Revocation of certificate.

The Authority may revoke a certificate issued in accordance with article 23 if it has reason to believe that circumstances have occurred or have become known under which, had they been known or had they occurred at the time the certificate was issued, the certificate would not have been issued.
