Cap. 439 ст. 18Transitional period.

(1) Housing systems which have been kept in stock to be sold, delivered or in use prior to the entry into force of any rules referred to in article 17 shall be permitted to continue to be so kept only for such period as may be prescribed.

(2) The rules referred to in article 17 may also provide for transitional periods within which such breeders shall conform therewith.
