Extraordinary general meetings shall be held when a call therefor is made in writing and signed by at least twenty percent of all registered craftsmen, or twenty per cent of all registered entrepreneurs, as the case may be; the Chairman shall convene such extraordinary general meeting within four weeks of such a request being made.
