Without prejudice to the provisions of the Professional Secrecy Act, any information disclosed to an inspector, the

Authority or any member, officer or employee of the Authority, and any document produced in pursuance of articles 11 or 12 shall be secret and confidential and may not be disclosed or produced other than for the purposes of this Act or any prosecution for an offence against this Act or an offence committed against or in a casino.
