(1) The Ombudsman shall annually or as frequently as he may deem expedient report to the House of Representatives on the performance of his functions under this Act to the Speaker who shall instruct the Leader of the House to lay a copy on the Table of the House at the first available opportunity.The said report shall, as soon as possible, be discussed during a dedicated parliamentary sitting. or cases investigated. Such reports may be published whether or not the matters dealt with in the report have been the subject of a report to the House of Representatives under this Act. FIRST SCHEDULE
