Cap. 347 · Malta Membership Of The European Bank (Cap. 347)
Cap. 347 ст. 2Interpretation.
In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires -
"Bank" means the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development;
"Agreement" means the Agreement signed in Paris on the 29th May, 1990 establishing the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, as set out in the Schedule, as from time to time amended; "Minister" means the Minister responsible for finance.
