Cap. 331 ст. 4Breach of trust.

Any breach of duty imposed on a trustee by this Act or by the terms of the trust or by the proper law of the trust, and any act or neglect on the part of the trustee which is not authorised or excused by this Act, or the proper law of the trust or the terms of the trust, shall be and is by this Act defined a breach of trust.
