Cap. 31 ст. 96Laboratories of chemical products.

(1) No person shall set up any laboratory of chemical products used in medicine, or of galenic preparations, without a licence from the Superintendent of Public Health.

(2) Such licence shall not be granted unless the Superintendent is satisfied that the laboratory is managed by an apothecary or by a person holding a certificate of competency in chemistry.

(3) The Superintendent of Public Health shall have power to direct any laboratory to be closed, if it ceases to be managed by an apothecary or chemist as provided in sub-article (2).
