The Minister may, from time to time, make and, when made, alter or revoke regulations generally for giving effect to any of the purposes of this Act and particularly for making provision as to the giving of notice of appeal, the liability of any of the parties in respect of the expenses incurred in connection therewith, for the procedure relating to appeals and to prescribe anything that is to be prescribed.
