Cap. 159 ст. 30Repayment on revocation.

Where the grant of any aid made to an industrialist under this Ordinance is revoked under the provisions of this Ordinance, such industrialist shall be liable to repay to the Government any sums which would have been payable by him to the Government but for the provisions of this Ordinance relating to such grant and any sums which such industrialist is so liable to pay may be set off against any sums which may be due from the Government to such industrialist for whatsoever reason, saving the right of action of the Government for the recovery of any balance remaining due.
