Cap. 13 ст. 73ANo grant or renewal of registration pending settlement of fine.

Where any court has imposed a fine under this sub-title, and such fine has not been paid, the regulatory authority shall not grant or renew the registration on the expiry thereof until such time as the payment of the fine is effected.
