Cap. 13 ст. 530Presentation of evidence regarding fraud.

During the hearing referred to in article 528, the bankruptcy trustee shall also present a statement reflecting his evaluation of whether the bankruptcy may be fraudulent, and in the event that the statement maintains the possibility of the subsistence of fraud, the bankruptcy trustee shall submit all evidence in support of his statement.
