Cap. 13 ст. 512Person interested can assist in the examination of claims.

Any person, although his debt has not been proved and admitted, may, on summarily showing that he is interested, assist in the examination of the claims of the other creditors and set up pleas in regard thereto, and shall, following a request made to the bankruptcy trustee, be provided, at his expense, a copy of the inventory and debt register.
