Cap. 13 ст. 505Recovery of bills of exchange, etc.

In case of bankruptcy, it shall be lawful to recover all bills of exchange and other documents of title yet unpaid which are found in kind in the possession of the bankrupt at the time of the bankruptcy, whenever such bills of exchange or documents of title shall have been endorsed by the owner for collection for his own account.
