Cap. 13 ст. 487Debts owing by bankrupt not yet due, become payable on declaration of bankruptcy.

Debts owing by the bankrupt which have not fallen due, even if privileged, secured by pledge or hypothecary, shall become payable upon the judgment of the court declaring the bankruptcy.
