Cap. 13 ст. 464Damage sustained after the jettison.

(1) Goods jettisoned do not, in any case, contribute to the payment for any damage which the goods saved sustain after the jettison.

(2) The cargo does not contribute to the payment of the vessel which is lost or has become unseaworthy, except in the cases mentioned in article 444.
