Cap. 13 ст. 434Assured to endeavour to secure release of goods arrested.

(1) During the running of the times fixed in the last preceding article, the assured is bound to use all due diligence to obtain the release of the goods arrested.

(2) The insurers on their part may, either in concert with the assured or separately, endeavour to secure such release.
