Cap. 13 ст. 430When court is to order provisional payment.

(1) Where, in the opinion of the court, the defence of the insurers is such as to require a separate trial, the court shall order the insurers to make provisional payment to the assured of the sum insured, subject to the obligation of the assured to give security.

(2) Such security shall cease to be binding on the expiration of two years, if within such time no action shall have been brought by the insurers.
