Cap. 13 ст. 427Duty of insured in case of shipwreck, etc.

(1) In case of shipwreck or stranding with partial wreck, the assured is bound to labour for the recovery of the things insured, without prejudice to the abandonment to be made in due time and at the proper place.

(2) The assured is entitled to the reimbursement of the expenses for recovery up to the value of the things recovered.
