Cap. 13 ст. 41Grant or refusal of application for registration.

(1) The judge or magistrate, as the case may be, shall grant or refuse the application by a decree ordering in in camera, the first case, the registrar to enter applicant’s name in the register and, in the second case, that the applicant be served with a copy of the decree.

(2) The decree refusing the application shall contain the reasons for such refusal and shall be subject to appeal, by sworn application, to the Court of Appeal within eight days from the day of the service above-mentioned.
