Cap. 13 ст. 402Where undisclosed principal fails to dispatch goods.

A person effecting an insurance on behalf of another person without disclosing the name of the latter, shall not be entitled to recover the premium if such other person fails to dispatch the goods insured, or dispatches only a part thereof.
