Cap. 13 ст. 397Where voyage is prolonged or shortened.

(1) The insurer’s risk ceases, and he shall be entitled to the premium, if the assured sends the vessel to a more distant port than that stated in the contract, even though it be in the same course.

(2) The insurance shall have its full effect if the voyage is shortened.
