Cap. 13 ст. 385Concealment or mis-representation.

(1) Any concealment, or any misrepresentation by the assured, or any discrepancy between the contract of insurance and the bill of lading, shall render the contract of insurance void, if such concealment, misrepresentation, or discrepancy is such as to lessen the estimate of the risk, or to change the subject-matter thereof.

(2) The insurance shall be void even if the concealment, misrepresentation, or discrepancy shall have had no effect upon the damage or loss of the things insured.
