Cap. 13 ст. 370Proof of value of goods.

If the value of the goods is not stated in the contract, such value can be proved by the invoices and the books: in the absence thereof, the goods shall be valued according to the market price at the time and place of loading, including all duties paid and charges incurred up to the time the goods have been shipped.
