Cap. 13 ст. 34Spreading of news prejudicial to other traders.

(1) Traders shall not, for the purpose of competition, spread news capable of prejudicing the business or trade carried on by other persons.

(2) Moreover, they shall not make use of honours, patents, medals, prizes or other distinctions to which they have no claim or which have been obtained for some other branch of business or trade.
