Cap. 13 ст. 304When person letting vessel or master may discharge and deposit goods.

If, the lay days having elapsed, any dispute arises with regard to the unloading of the vessel, the person letting the vessel or the master may discharge the goods, and put them on deposit in the hands of a third party, without prejudice to his right over such goods.
