Cap. 13 ст. 280When freight commences to run in cases where vessel is chartered by the month.

(1) Where the vessel is chartered by the month, the freight runs from the time of the commencement of the voyage.

(2) A voyage is deemed to be commenced as soon as the vessel has left the place where the loading commenced, or if the vessel sails in ballast, from the place where the ballast was shipped.
