Cap. 13 ст. 268Remittances of debts due.

(1) All remittances of debts due, whatever their origin, shall be deemed to be passed to account current under the clause "subject to collection".

(2) If any such debt remains unpaid, the remittee may elect either to strike the item out of the account or to sue the remittor thereof for the payment of the debt.
