Cap. 13 ст. 262Drafts or cheques.

(1) Drafts or cheques on bankers or cashiers shall be dated, and shall specify the sum to be paid, and shall be made payable to a person therein named, or to his order, or to bearer.

(2) They shall be payable on presentment.
