Cap. 13 ст. 215Rights of acceptor by intervention where bill is paid by others.

An acceptor by intervention, who does not pay the bill because it is paid by the drawee or any other party, is entitled to recover from the payer the expenses which he has incurred, and a commission of one-third per centum.
