Cap. 13 ст. 192Payment of bill not endorsed to holder.

A person who claims the payment of a bill which has not been endorsed to him, but who, at the same time, proves that the bill was remitted to him to receive payment thereof, may, upon giving sufficient security, demand payment of the bill, and protest it in case of non-payment.
