Cap. 13 ст. 166Rights of holder in case of acceptance for honour.

(1) Notwithstanding any acceptance for honour, the holder of a bill maintains unimpaired all such rights as are competent to him against the drawer and the endorsers for want of acceptance by the drawee.

(2) Nevertheless, where a reference in case of need has been inserted in the bill by the drawer himself, and the bill is accepted by the referee in case of need, the security mentioned in article 154 shall not be competent.
