Cap. 13 ст. 129Bill in a set.

(1) A bill of exchange may be drawn in a set, each part of the set containing a reference thereto by the words first, second, etc., in which case each part is equivalent to the whole of the third, parts, and the whole of the parts constitutes one bill.

(2) In the absence of such reference, each part shall be deemed to be a separate bill.
