Cap. 13 Art. 77CApportionment of commission between new and previous commercial agents.

(1) A commercial agent shall not be entitled to the commission referred to in article 77A if that commission is payable, by virtue of article 77B, to the previous commercial agent, unless it is equitable because of the circumstances for the commission to be shared between the commercial agents.

(2) The principal shall be liable for any sum due under sub-article (1) to the person entitled to it in accordance therewith, and any sum which the other commercial agent receives to which he is not entitled shall be refunded to the principal.
