Cap. 13 Art. 451When action for average loss is not maintainable.
Sub-title I
No action for general average can be brought if such average does not exceed one of the joint value of the per centum vessel and cargo, and no action for particular average can be brought if such average does not exceed one of the per centum value of the thing damaged.
