Cap. 13 Art. 388Voluntary deviations,etc.,not to be borne by insurer.

Any voluntary deviation, or change of voyage or vessel, and any loss or damage proceeding from the act of the assured, is not at the risk of the insurer, and he shall be deemed to have earned his premium, if the time of his risk has commenced.
