Cap. 13 Art. 377in regard to insurersofloanson bottomry,

In regard to insurers of sums lent on bottomry, the period of the risk shall commence and end simultaneously with the beginning and the end of the risk of the lender, in terms of law, and according to such agreements as are notified to the insurer.
