Cap. 13 Art. 292Where vessel is detainedordelayed through fault of person letting the vessel.

The person letting the vessel shall be liable in damages and interest to the freighter, if, on account of the act or negligence of the former, the vessel is detained or delayed at the time of departure, or during the voyage, or at the place of discharge.
